Celebrating 38 Years of Service to Humanity

On this day, 38 years ago, the Institute for Inner Studies was founded by Master Choa Kok Sui—not just as an organization, but as a vehicle to spread light, healing, and transformation across the world.

Since then, millions have been touched by the teachings of Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga. Lives have been transformed. Hearts have become strong. Souls have found direction, and millions have been healed.


As Pranic Healers, we are part of something much larger than ourselves. A global movement built on service, healing, goodwill and the willingness to do good.
